While we love joining you to photograph and film your wedding day, we love getting to know you so much more. We are driven by your story, the past, the present, and the future, including the dreams that you are planning on accomplishing together one day. All of that is what gives us vision, so we like to invest greatly in the way we handle this relationship with you. We are intentional, attentive, and mindful that you are a man and a woman in love, not just clients. Keeping ourselves aware of this is what gives life to what we do. So around here, we have a particular way of doing things:

Before anything, we want to get to know you. We’ll start off with a phone call, a coffee date, and some memories made. We’ll guide you through the booking process, ensuring that you select the perfect collection that fits your day. Ask us questions, tons of them, and leave nothing out. We consider this decision to be one of the most important ones and we’ll be here to make sure that you feel at peace at the end of it all.

During the months before the wedding, we’ll have a few surprises in store for you but the main thing we want to do is stay in the loop. We want to be with you every step along the way, knowing all of the happenings, being of assistance in any way we can. We can provide guidance with timeline planning so that before the day gets here, you already know how and when everything is happening.

The day of the wedding finally arrives. We’ll be there to be your photographers, your filmmakers, but above all else, your closest friends for that day. Count on us, from start to finish, we’ll be there for it all. After the wedding day is over, get ready. Shortly after the big day, we’ll be sending you those sneak peeks unexpectedly, so be on the lookout. Once everything is delivered, we’ll definitely stay in touch because by this time, we’ll hopefully be lifelong friends.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HIRING US FOR BOTH PHOTO + FILM?

Simply put: we are a team. We have learned how to work together, without stepping on each others’ toes, respecting the art each one does. We have created something like a dance, where each one knows their individual steps and while they might look different, the end goal is always to provide our couples with photographs that look like they were taken right out of the film and films that look like a collection of moving stills. Being married has allowed us to truly understand our couples in a completely new way and we have found that they are able to identify with us in a much deeper level because of this. Pablo focuses on producing incredible high end cinematic films while Dani specializes in modern editorial photography.

DO WE HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?

YES! If your venue requires your vendors to have liability insurance, count on us that we are ready to send that over as soon as they ask you for it.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND FOR THE FINAL WORK?

For photo, you are looking at about 4 to 5 weeks after the wedding date to receive your fully edited gallery. Prior to that, you would have already received previews shortly after your wedding day. For film, turnaround times vary but the estimated timeframe is anywhere from 4 to 6 months, depending on the collection and the length of the final film.. If your collection included a teaser, you would definitely receive that before the final film.

DO WE TRAVEL?

A million times YES YES YES! We love when couples take us to new places! Please note that travel expenses are NOT included in any of our collections. We can, however, create a custom destination collection designed perfectly for your wedding, keeping in mind any budget restrictions you might have (for example, we could bring a smaller team to reduce travel costs in case you would like to book both photo and film with us).

DO WE OFFER PRINTS/ALBUMS?

Starting in 2020, we will be offering both prints and albums via our online gallery delivery system! But for now, we recommend Artifact Uprising for all of your printing needs. They are amazing!

 
 

06

WHAT’S THE BOOKING PROCESS?

In order to officially book us for any collection and have your date secured, all you need to send over is the signed contract along with a 50% deposit.

Once all that magic happens, we’re all yours!
