We sure do! If your venue requests our COI just let us know ASAP so that we can send that right over.
After booking us we will schedule our very first “official” meeting! This will be in-person if you are based locally in Miami, FL, or via Zoom if you are not. During this call, we will get to know you even more, go over the vision for your session/wedding, and even begin discussing timeline options.
After that initial meeting, we will schedule one or two more phone calls to go over details as the wedding day or session approaches! When necessary, we will schedule venue walkthroughs during this initial meeting as well.
For weddings only: You will have three different deposit options to choose from: 25% (which is a four-part payment plan), 33% (which is a three-part payment), 50% (which is a two-part payment plan), or 100% (if you want to pay everything in full).
For every other session: You will have the option to either pay the total amount in full or a 50% deposit (with the remaining 50% due a month before the session).
All deposits are due at the signing of the contract and every final payment is due one month before the wedding or session.
Delivery times for weddings are 90 business days.
Delivery times for every other wedding session/event are 60 business days.

YES YES YES! When it comes to the specific schedule for video we are highly involved in the timeline planning. We will work hand-in-hand with your wedding planner or day-of-coordinator to ensure that your day is carefully planned hour by hour.
The question is how can you NOT do an engagement session? They are HELLA fun and they are a great way to get most of the jitters out of the way before the big day. We’ll figure out your best angles and the biggest perk is that you’ll finish feeling so confident and pumped with us, your video team.
Essentially it is the same as an engagement session. These are perfect to send out as save-the-dates for your guests if you want to do something a bit different than the traditional mailed version.
Do you have to feed us at your wedding? Yes, please! For us, it’s a long day, and by the time the reception rolls around we are famished. We will take a 30-45-minute break during the time you are eating your dinner!

Heck yes we do! We will go wherever you will take us.
We provide a fully customized fee estimate per wedding! Depending where you are taking us and for how long. It’s not a one size fits all type of deal!
Sometimes destination weddings require a little more hours here and there or they may include more events than a local wedding. We are so down to work with you and create the perfect wedding collection to meet your dream location!
